LaurentheFlute performs arrangements of her favorite video game tunes, whether she’s singing her heart out or layering together an ethereal flute choir, often with help from her friends. She is not, in fact, a flute — although she does play one on Twitch. Expect to hear a lot of JRPG music, feel-good singalong joyfulness, and maybe a dramatic electric guitar or two!
Lauren has been part of the VGM scene as a flutist and vocalist since 2010. She records solo covers and has collaborated with countless friends over the years, both virtually and at live shows. Although she’s currently based in Toronto herself, she also leads The Returners, an Austin-based video game cover band that has performed at PAX Prime, PAX South, and MAGFest, among others.
