Refunds and Ticket Modifications

VGM CON does not issue refunds. All ticket sales are final. However, ticket holders may utilize the following options if they can no longer attend VGM CON or if you have duplicate tickets:

• Rolling Registration:
  Registration for VGM CON 2026 can be rolled to VGM CON 2027 (Dates TBA).
  Cut-off: 11:59PM CDT Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
• Transfer Registration to Another Party:
  Registration can be transferred from one group/party to another.
  Cut-off: 11:59PM CDT Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
• Donate Ticket Value to VGM CON
  Tickets may be turned back to VGM CON for a tax-deductible contribution.
  Cut-off: 11:59PM CDT Monday, April 20, 2026.

To use any of these options, please send an email to tickets@vgmcon.org requesting which option you’d like to initiate.

Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other virus, or who has been exposed to the virus, or who has tested positive for COVID-19 should NOT attend VGM CON and should stay home for the safety of yourself and everyone attending the event. 

In rare and unique situations that may warrant a refund, our credit card processing fees will be subtracted from the refund value.
